Beyonce and Direct TV

I recently saw a commerical where sexy singer, Beyonce is performing one of her songs for Direct TV. The commerical is about customers upgrading to direct TV in order to get the hottest HDTV channels. I think this is an interesting combination, Beyonce and Direct TV. Who would have ever thought to combine these two; but then again I guess you have to think about what DirectTV is trying to appeal to, who is the target audience here?
I guess because Beyonce is a performer, she does appear on TV and she is popular so some people might want to see her on HDTV channels?

Beyonce is hot and she has sex appeal; not only that- she is also a cross over artist so I kind of understand using Beyonce for his commercial.

I’m a male, and we are so so predictable. If you want us to look at a commercial, having a beautiful woman in sexy attire surely can’t hurt. I tell you what, all my friends perk up and look at the commercial when she’s on. They have had other high profile stars on DirectTv, but come on: if you’re a guy, who would you pay attention to, some random dude or B Knowles A.K.A. Sasha Fierce? ‘Nuff said.
